What happens if I do not sell my property?

Should your property be on the market longer than expected, we will help you review your options and conduct a full marketing review of your property every 14 days. We look at everything such as all of your previous viewings and feedback, ways to boost your viewings and we will re-evaluate the local market including details of what is selling in the area.

My property is already on the market. Can I use IGoMove?

Yes, you can still use igomove. You can choose to instruct us straight away and set the date for your marketing to start as the day your current agreement comes to an end. You could also instruct us as an additional agent, subject to the terms of your existing agency agreement.

How do I arrange a valuation?

You can contact one of our in house property experts who will give you an estimated valuation based on the information you provide to us.

When do I pay my fees?

All our customers pay upfront for our services as we do not have commission fees.

Do you hold my credit card or debit card details?

The information you provide to make a purchase will not be stored by us. This information will be stored by our payment provider and only when you take advantage of a further product or service will you get the choice to use the same card details.

What is the cost for a board?

A for sale board is included in our package prices.

Can I see all of my viewings, feedback, and offers?

Every customer of igomove will get an online account, within this you are able to see viewings that are upcoming any feedback that people may have and also offers made.

What documents do I need to sell my home with IGoMove?

Before we can list your property we will need you to upload scanned copies of the following to the ‘My Account’ section or email them to us.

  1. Passport/Driving licence
  2. Utility Bill dated within last 3 months

Should I add my own photos?

You can add extra photos in addition to the ones that we take professionally for you. We would only recommend doing this if it adds something more to your listing e.g. if you have a photo of your garden in a different season or you have redecorated a room.

Please note: The photos must be in JPEG format, at least 300KB in size and landscape. We recommend a maximum of 20 photos.

At igomove our property experts review any changes to your listing before it goes live and will advise you on the best way to market your property.

How quickly will my listing be on all the property websites?

Once approved by our property experts, your listing will be published on Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location within 24 hours.

Do you offer discount for NHS/ Police Force/ Armed Force and Fire Brigade Staff?

Yes, if there is valid ID provided we offer a premium listing worth £80 which is highlighted in green when you appear on Rightmove increasing your chances of finding a buyer.
